Fitness Express is a friendly and inviting environment. With windows all around the building, you are able to enjoy the natural sun light. Fitness Express is perfect for individuals who are short for time and are looking for a quick workout. We are never really crowded, so rarely is one waiting for a machine. Due to our location, our facility is perfect for those who work in, or near the Stevens Center Business Park. Before work, during lunch, or on your way home; we are here for your convenience. If you have yet to visit our facility, I invite you to come and experience it for yourselves!

Technogym
CBRC’S Fitness Express is excited to be the first health club in the Tri-Cities to offer you strength and cardio equipment from Technogym. Members will enjoy using the state of the art equipment. Each piece offers support that is comfortable, safe, and ideal for optimal performance. Each cardio machine offers a “cardio theater box” that enables you to connect into one of the three televisions to watch while you work out.

Gravity Trainers
These high-energy fun filled classes will get you into shape and help tone your body. Gravity utilizes angular resistance training and provides well over eighty unique exercises using body weight to supply resistance. PowerTower accommodates functional, synergetic movement patterns as well as isolated joint articulations. Gravity challenges any fitness level using pulleys, an adjustable incline, levers, and biomechanical principals to enhance every training session. Gravity Group is a dynamic 45 minute total body strength and toning class. In addition you will receive motivational instruction from a Certified Personal Trainer. Class size is limited.
