CBRC's Biggest Loser Challenge: |

Columbia Basin Racquet Club offers the Biggest Loser Challenge twice a year to keep members motivated towards their weight loss goals. This program is a very rigid 8 week program designed to kick start your weight loss goals. The program includes before and after pictures, weight, measurements and body fat precentages. In the 8 week program you will be placed on a team with a lead trainer. This great program also includes, last chance workouts, educational seminars, workout manual, food journal and receipes to keep you on track! |

Face2Face: |

Face2Face is a program designed to introduce you to the club. Signing up for Face2Face gives you six half hour pre-designed sessions to measure physical benchmarks, learn a weight routine, advice on nutrition and keep you accountable to improve your health and fitness. The first thirty days are the most crucial for a you to feel comfortable, see results and create a new healthy lifestyle habit. In addition to the 30 day experience every quarter the fitness team puts together a graduation party to celebrate member’s commitment and the results. |
