Gravity

Group personal training is increasing across the nation. Members of clubs are finding that they are more motivated when they are held accountable to a group. The other fantastic reason to join a group is the camaraderie, competition, results and most importantly affordability.

CBRC not only offers group personal training on the fitness floor but we also have a variety of group classes that will accommodate any weight loss, strength, flexibility or health goals. Our classes range in type of equipment and class room setting so there is something for everyone. We offer a one time complementary class so that members can experience the group setting and decide which program will work for them.

Kinesis:

The Kinesis Personal Training Studio has one-of- a- kind equipment that can only be found in the Tri-Cities at CBRC. The word Kinesis means movement in Greek which is a great way of describing the versatility of the equipment. In addition to the exclusive equipment the studio is a private setting which allows the trainer and client to work in an interrupted environment. Clientele gain results from the ability to work in all planes of motion while increasing the number of calories burned from using more that one muscle group at a time. Other benefits equally focused on are posture, core and balance.

Book a consultation appointment with a personal trainer to try out the equipment. For more information contact Morgan Bunday at (509) 943-8416 or morgan.bunday@my-cbrc.com
