Education in Nutrition and Supplementation:

Your diet is at least half the battle in terms of getting the results you want. Think of it this way - it’s a lot easier to consume 1000 calories (in one quick meal) than it is to burn 1000 calories (approximately 90 minutes of exercise).


Columbia Basin Racquet Club offers seminars throughout the year to education the members on eating right, refueling properly and changing body composition.

Nutritional Guidance:

Many of our Personal Trainers have studied nutrition in school, have had to eat exceptionally clean for a competition or have spent many personal hours going to seminars from educated professionals in the field of nutrition. We offer and encourage members and clients to keep track of their daily intakes, journal, and check in weekly to keep them accountable to reaching their goals with health, weight loss and decreased cholesterol/triglyceride/and fat amounts. We offer packages as well as individual rates in which members can work with a trainer to reach their specific goals.
