L–I AEROBICS

Basic low-impact, easy-to-follow moves plus toning exercises (crunches, leg lifts, back, arms, etc.).

L–I AEROBIC INTERVAL
|
|
Push your conditioning level with this low-impact, five minute interval format. Cardio is crossed with strength training using fitballs, bands, and lift bars.

PILATES
|
|
A unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises on a floor mat. Circulation is improved by increased muscular flexibility, range of motion and proper posture exercises. Admission card required.
PILATES - Core Conditioning
A higher intensity 30 min. workout to really target the deeper core muscles. Blending the best of intermediate and advanced Pilates with classic abdominal exercises. With the use of props, including free weights, the ring, foam roller and resistance bands, we challenge the abs while improving flexibility, stability and coordination.
POWER PILATES
This 45-minute class is a traditional Pilates workout with emphasis on strengthening the core muscles while increasing body awareness, flexibility and coordination. Be prepared to move! Intermediate level with modifications. Beginners are welcome!

TBS - Total Body Stretch

With Total Body Stretch, treat yourself to soft, relaxing music as you enjoy a well-deserved total body stretch. This class utilizes bands, rings, and rollers.

WASHBOARD ABS

Serious attention is paid to the abdominal muscles, lower back, and supporting muscle groups in this 20 minute class. Improve your core strength!

YOGA

|
This class combines movement, stillness, and breath to create an invigorating flow of poses that leads to strength and flexibility, discipline and meditation. Modifications shown.
POWER YOGA
A more challenging 60 minute vinyasa-flow style class which incorporates all of the tradiotional yoga postures into a sequential flow of poses that will leave you feeling a little sweaty but also clear in body, mind, and spirit. This is a great cross training class for athletes. Beginners all welcome!
PRENATAL YOGA
Come nurture your body and your baby through all three trimesters of your pregnancy. Prepare yourself mentally and physically for the amazing process that is birth and motherhood as we stretch, strengthen, and tone the areas of your body that you will need most during labor. No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Class is 60 minutes.
